With the recent demise of any deal between NBC Universal and Apple’s iTunes Store, the TV network has quickly moved on to Amazon’s Unbox Video Downloads for distribution of its content. This is sure to be a coup for Amazon.New Apple iPodsMeanwhile, Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs on Wednesday unveiled a new line of iPods, one based on the iPhone with wireless capabilities and a touch-sensitive interface as well as a new version of the Nano with a bigger screen than its predecessor (pictured above). Jobs also touted a custom ringtone maker for iPhone users and said the word “classic” will be added to the name of the current generation of video iPods.Finally, there will be a new line of Shuffles in silver, green, purple and blue (source).Photo by Paul Sakuma, The Associated Press
