Phone maker OPPO will be opening its largest Service Centre in Nairobi. According to the BBK Electronics-owned firm, the opening of the OPPO Service Centre highlights the significance of the Kenyan market to its global strategy, as it aims to provide top-quality service to its customers.

The new OPPO Service Center will offer:

  2. repairs
  3. user guides on OPPO’s broad range of audio, mobile, and computing products

Customers visiting the Service Center will receive personalized consultations with OPPO’s technicians, leading to reduced phone repair waiting times of under an hour with genuine OPPO spare parts and warranties.
